My blood sugars are so out of control. They go really high for no reason. And when I take a correction dose sometimes they crash down and other l times they just don’t do anything. For example yesterday I had lunch my sugars were 7.2 had insulin and an hour later they were 8.2 fhen an hour and a half after that they were 17.6 so I had a correction dose four hours later it was 25 .5( I had nothing to eat in between al of this)I had another correction dose and my sugars came down to 4.9 but durinf the night they just kept rising so I had correction dose early in the morning it came down slightly then went up again to 13. I don’t understand what is happening because I’m having the correct amount of insulting and giving correction doses and it doesn’t seem to be working. I’d be really great full if anyone has any ideas on what might be happening
Thanks

Hi @Chrissull and welcome to the forum. I see you have been a member for some time, but this is your first question. However you haven't completed your profile, so we don't know if you are a Type 1 or a Type 2 and what medication you are taking (apart from being able to deduce you are on some sort(s) of Insulin).
The more detail you can give, the better we can help you.
