I hate people say you have to do that in your condition they think t1 is a minor thing to have like yesterday my wife's anti's feeler thinks he know what's beast coz she is t2 so he thinks it's the same and how many times you tell him it's not he don't listen. He made me feel so useless so I didn't eat for the rest of the day still feel rubbish now. Thanks for the rant had to get it of my chest.

You are in a good place to rant here.
I am T2 and have the deepest respect for anyone with T1.
Don't let anyone make you feel bad about yourself. We are all different .. T1 is not easy as you know, so when a T2 starts to tell you what's best ..just smile sweetly .. Aggree profusely, and take it all with a pinch of salt ! As you said .. They don't understand and they are not you .... The important thing here is never let anyone make you feel useless ..
