Am i right in thinking that if a "Belvita Breakfast Soft Bakes" has 32g of carbs in each biscuit/cake that works out at 8 spoons of sugar?
Working on the basis of 4 carb = 1 spoon of sugar

Don't know about the Belvita, the ones we have are only 8g each but your sugar/carb ratio is about right.

I have no idea. It is the total carbs of 32g that is important to me. I pay very little attention to the amount of sugar. As long as you don't eat the carbs you can't be eating any sugar. Sugar is a carb and is included in the total.

OK thanks for the replies folks the Mrs is shocked at the numbers
urbanracer nice to another biker on here, ST1300 myself
