Looking for some advice please... Now slowly coming down 13.9... 13.8 etc. Can anyone shed any light on what's going on please?
TIA

Hi @Suzanne beware of the devil , welcome to the forum.
From your profile I take you're on gliclazide.

Is this the first time you're wearing a Libre or just the first time it showed unexpected results?
Have you done a fingerprick test to see if your Libre is more or less correct?

Unexpected highs can have many causes, ranging from illness and infection to medication and type of food.
What was your meal?

@Suzanne beware of the devil have you tested your blood sugars with a finger prick and are you aware of the limitations of Libre such as bedding in may effect the accuracy for the first 24 to 48 hours and the sensors are calibrated to be most accurate at “normal” reading (between about 4 and 9).
I would never draw any conclusions from one day, especially from a Libre with these limitations.

Parcetamol (acetaminophen) can cause high readings. Other cause of high readings could be a low hematocrit value or low oxygen (PO2) in the blood or high uric acid in the blood.
