Unicity Balance Supplements

Hi has any one tried unicity drink supplements. I am not sure if I have been conned into believing the drink can reverse type 2 diabetes.

Last night I checked my blood sugar it was 15.8 I was shocked.

Looking at their website, it looks like Unicity Balance is a supplement which provides fibre to be taken before meals. Fibre in carbohydrate slows the digestion so that carbs produce a smaller glucose spike. It doesn't reverse type 2 diabetes. If you want to reverse type 2 diabetes then you should consider a low carb or keto diet, plus extra exercise. There is plenty of advice on this site how to do that.
