Please help me

My sugars have been completely haywire. I think I have an infection in my mouth, and I am super stressed with deadlines looming and feel myself burning out, but like as an example I went to bed with a sugar level of 5.7 last night (after having them run high all day and finally managing to bring them down) only to wake up this morning with levels of 23. 2. I did give myself my normal dose of background inulin, and I don't normally wake up high. I normally wake up with levels of around or 6.

If you think that you have an infection in your mouth then you should probably go and see your doctor. Once the infection is treated your blood sugars should start to return to normal. In the mean time increasing your background insulin should help. Make sure that you are checking your blood or urine for ketones. Hope you feel better soon.

alternative for mouth infections
See the dentist. they can prescribe antibiotics too and are often less rushed
