Message: <blockquote data-quote="poppy659" data-source="post: 2731346" data-attributes="member: 64199"><p>Hi my husband is 86 type 2 on one sitagliptin daily recently his level have been up and down 2hours after breakfast and 30 minutes walk was8.3 2 hours after lunch and another walk10 .1 then 2 hours later without eating was 12.9 it’s been happening a few times I can’t understand it he was in hospital for a week with a chest infection but been home for 3 weeks now could the infection and stress of hospital interfered with the balance of it all and of course hospital food wasn’t exactly diabetic friendly I’m wondering if it will ever go back to his controlled levels he had before or will he need extra medication</p></blockquote><p></p>
