Had some good and bad news today.
The first, is my HbA1c is at 42. 12 months ago, it was 109.
The bad news is my Retinitis pigmentosa has got a lot worse, so the consultant is moving me from partially sighted to severely sight impaired.
Not sure how I feel about this at the moment. I took my diagnosis of diabetes OK, ah well, just another one, better get on with it then, but am hoping this isn't the one that breaks the camels back.
