hi all
well the pump request was a NO seen the hospital doc today and yet another insulin is to be introduced so I will now take 210 units of lantus 240 units of apidra and then one injection of degludec (tresiba) don't know how much yet ?????. it is to start in 2 weeks if this fails then its back to requesting a pump ???? hbc1a is at 110 doc says this is the last thing he can think of trying and it is not yet licenced for this.

That sucks! Have you done a DAFNE course? That's normally a prerequisite to a pump but also something anyone can do. Worth asking to do one now as it will save time getting pump later.
