So... I've just thrown up.
Not - you might think - because of my meds; but with thanks to the over zealous brushing of my teeth, tounge & the roof of my mouth (I had a Balti last night); and lurking amongst the debri in the plughole (I'm SO sorry), was the tablet I took - my slow release Metformin - whilst eating said spicy supper.
Is this normal... and what impact will this 'missed' dose have?
Should I double up on meds today?
And... how come it didn''t dissolve?
