Update on me

Firstly i want to say a huge thank you to you all for your advice. I dont have diabetes. I was very poorly before my bloods and they came back as glandular fever and stressed to the max. Dr did a general mot on me and no glucose in urine now which is great. But after all your advice im not giving up and im eating better and have learnt so much about foods etc. I wish you all well and a huge thanks again x
