My neck pain is completely gone from last three days. Only change i did was withdrew fats, not having any fat from last three days not even chicken. How is it even possible and what was happening? Very strange.
Also one more change i made was cold shower in morning and some breathing exercises.
Either of this has eliminated the issue. I am not sure if it will stay same if i keep doing it future. But we will see.
