Hi everyone, thanks for all your help and advice a few weeks ago. I continue with the no dairy plan and my skin is definitely better. The interesting thing as well is that since cutting out milk, cheese and yoghurts, which I did eat a lot of daily, my diabetes over the last fortnight has stayed the most stable in ages. Hardly any readings over 8 which is unusual for me as even with a pump I was continually having to tweak basal and bolus rates. My mood is getting better as everything else improves. I accept that the no-dairy and better diabetes results could be co-incidental but whilst it seems to be working I'll stick with it.

Glad it seems to be working for you, I guess it shows that we are all still experiments of one.

Nice one Riri, I'm glad you're feeling better about things regardless of the reason!
