I've tried cooling down my head by blasting it with freezing cold water twice from my shower and only temporarily helps me. My sugars have gone up to 24 when I checked today at 12, but I have stopped going the loo now every half hour and now its every 2 hours. I have had a look at the sd codefree meter and with my student budget i am unable to afford it and the test strips.</p></blockquote><p></p>
