Urine dipstick test

Had a urine dipstick test and showed raised protein, sg raised and glucose quite raised have no idea what this means has anyone any idea if it's my kidneys or doabetes acting up

Protein in urine usually indicates a urine infection x
 
Go and have a chat with your GP and ask them, I had raised protein in my urine in 2009 and was referred to a kidney consultant by my GP, they ran a full battery of tests, and were happy that the level of kidney damage was low at that time and consistent with the stage my diabetes was at, they were happy to discharge me on that basis.
