soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
Until recently, I didn't have much of a freezer, just a tidly bit with my fridge. I now have a small chest freezer. I went to Iceland today, for the first time. To stock my new freezer. There I found interesting stuff. Mini chocolate eclairs at 2.5carbs each and chocolate profiteroles at not much more. These in the next freezer to the high carb Weight Watchers range of desserts. I'm not a ready meal person, so I bought some fresh and some frozen meat, all of which looks very good and some frozen veg. Also som laundry supplies.
I'd never been to that shop before, but the prices seemed good. I need to check out the quality. I might make it a regular port of call and I now need somewhere tro keep spare toilet rolls and kitchen paper. They were in the freezer to prevent air circulation and save power.

Will do Don't want a chilly bottom!

AH! but keep one roll frozen, very comforting and soothing...if you indulged in a hot curry or chilli the night before

Iceland is brilliant for when you need to stock up your freezer and fridge. My sister is trying to lose weight and I do too. So I buy the big Iceland meals and split them between the 2 of us with some vegetables. Cuts down on cost and on calories. Ebeneezer Scrooge watch out!!
The profiteroles and mini eclairs are nice too. I buy them at xmas for a treat. You do need something nice, don't you? Well, that's my excuse...what's yours?

Dear Gillyh
Have you and your sister tried low carbing together? It's good for weight as well as keeping BGs down.
I did look at the Weight Watchers ready meals, but they were high carb. I didn't look at any of the others. We don't ready meal in this house. Having said that, there's an Iceland ready stuffed pork joint in the oven at the moment.
