New here, but just wanted to post, what might be some helpful information for people. As we are coming up to World Diabetes Day our foundation has created a useful booklet/fact sheet on Gestational Diabetes.
As many as 1 in 8 woman will be affected by Gestational Diabetes during pregnancy, this fact sheet contains information on the condition as well as some advice and tips on diet, exercise and nutrition.
