I got pointed to a site called "Nutrition Data" I filled in my details and it told me I need 130g of carbs per day. I haven't looked any further, so I don't know if it's american carbs it's counting or everywhere else in the world's Available carbs.
I can't cope with 130g of carbs per day anyway. Still it might have it's uses for hte discerning
