Using nova actrapid 20 unit per meal but GL is high

Your BG is around 23mmol/l which is dangerously high. You'd probably want to get in touch with your doctor asap.

Now for the questions:

-Do you carb count and what did you have for lunch? 20u of bolus insulin is more than I'd take in a whole day.
-How long after lunch did you get the 419mg/dl reading?
-What are your readings like generally over the course of a normal day; is this high BG unusual?
