Hi, I was thinking of having a go a making some fudge using truvia instead of sugar, Lactofree milk instead of "normal" milk. The original recipe I've found is 300g sugar, 300 ml milk, 100g butter. The thing is with truvia being twice as sweet as sugar, I would only need to put half the amount in (150g), which would change the consistency of the mixture. If I put 300g in, it would be too sweet and taste awful. Has anyone had any experiences baking with Truvia? Or made any fudge successfully. This would have worked out as really low sugar fudge.
