I am insulin dependent, , and within the past 4 months I have have had 3 bouts of UTI's. Some antibiotics given either do not work or infection returns when I finish course. Anyone got any tips how to avoid them, driving me mad. Thanks

How is your diabetes control, UT's can be quite common when diabetes is uncontrolled.

Keep ur sugars in the normal range, atleast near normal. High sugars predispose the urinary tract to bacterial & yeast infections. And if possible make sure that the antibiotics given control the infection thru a lab culture & sensitivity test. Drink plenty of water....
