i test my blood just before meals. I had a mixed day of short work period and rest I had a blood suar levelof 6.4 then thre hours later with no more food intake a level of 34. I istantly did another test to find was now 7.3 crazy which do I use. pluse the high reslt is now on my machines avarave and ruins the low result.

You'll get used to how your body reacts to different times and foods.

With the info you've given it looks like the 34 (am I right with 34) was a random read. Even if it was 3.4 it is still out of sync with the others.

The meters can give weirds reads sometimes, keep an eye on it and see how it goes
