Having no meter due to Postcode Lottery
Hi just home from the Doctors and was asking regarding feeling lightheaded soon after rising from a chair or bench. He mentioned a something maneuver the name of which I instantly forgot which involved bracing yourself before you stand up. A little research and I think my Subject Title is the right one?
Any comments welcome.

This is the term used for when you do a 'poo' and your face goes bright red!! :oops: Apparently, more old people die from heart failure during this than through any other means.
 
Thanks for your reply thats what my googling told me I was just trying to confirm I had the right name.By coincidence todays article is about Blood Pressure.
