Thank you , that's niceHappy Advent to you too @Kat100
Yesterday...
B: golden milk
L: toast and peanut butter
D: 2 m/f burgers, 2 LM sausages, toast, vodka
Had a hearty dinner as I was out last night at a concert. Not working today mercifully as I need a skeleton transplantbut will have to settle for a big breakfast and a warm bath instead
Cheese day .. that's good ..Breakfast: scrambled tofu and mushrooms on toast
Dinner: veg burger with jalapenos on Lidl roll
This afternoon we went to Vegfest where we sampled loads of tasty goodies and sprayed ourselves with Eden Perfumes. Not particularly low carb foods, but samples were tiny so who cares? I got myself this tin of cheese for Christmas Day dinner

Evening reception: Fresh, stone baked oven veg pizza.
The food was amazing (perhaps I've got used to hospital food!). The whole day was incredible: very personal to the couple.
I've managed to lose 5kg in two weeks (weight I couldn't afford to lose), so I need to eat more in the future.
Lovely photos I loved them , so glad you were well enough to make the big day .. take care and get well soon xI'm home now
