The key is to make sure that the mixture isn't too wet. Coconut flour would work with that.
I will play around with flavours.

Hospital was OK (stomach & duodenum severely inflamed, such that food can't easily squeeze through, as I was expecting). I was dreading the bypass surgery discussed previously, but that decision's been deferred another 6 months. Meantime I'm to have my duodenum expanded again with a "balloon" (it's worked before, for a while). Don't know when.
So, nothing nasty.
