just back from my 3 month review, 1st one since being diagnosed and my results are Hb1ac was 9.6, now 6.7.
cholesterol was 6.5 now 4.6. This is all down to the advice I receive on here, my thanks go to everyone who ever posted.

Very nicely done. :thumbup: Can't help but make you feel good and in control.
Any thoughts from your medical advisors over the results and your approach in achieving them?

My doc was so nice I didn't want to upset her, so just told her I had been watching what I eat, LOL, And of course I was exercising.
