Hi is it normal i woke up at 2am this morning and i was soaking wet my pillo and top of mattress had to change covers and turn mattress i checked blood levels 4.0.
is this normal when get low levels in night
I get the sweats when low. And I seem to get low at 2am also. Usually if I have had a busy day. Sounds normal to me your body trying to provoke a response to wake you I guess. I also slam my teeth together when I'm low and sleeping that's a pain because my teeth are not the best anyway.
I've taken my 4.5 tog duvet out of the duvet cover and now just sleep under the duvet cover with a very light blanket on top. Not cured the problem, but much better.
