Take some deep breaths. Go out side at lunchtime even if its cold. Clear your head a little bit. I have also had a "punch your face out" week so far and know that its wrong.
I am not able to advise what to eat but I would like to sympathise with you being scared to eat. I have felt that. Why not stick to some raw veg and humus, fish -mainly no carbs there, nuts, seeds, I know its not a lot but there are many many "safe foods" you just need to find your ones. MOST OF ALL, lots of deep breaths, count to ten and smile before exploding!
