May I point you towards a more recent one: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC/5959976/. This articles points out that the problem is trying to correlate the effects of low carb high fat diets with beneficial results as low carb can mean from say 20 g to 120 g of carbs per day.

Thank you! Thought provoking read although not convincing enough to push me off LCHF as yet...
Interesting to see a few diseases as a potential long term risk of LCHF which are listed in my article as being helped by it. The same conflicting advice you get all the time I suppose.
