Anyone taking or a got any thoughts on Victoza? I started on it just over a week ago and had no bad side-effects so far. But I have been bit worried about all the negative stuff written about it on the internet.

Hello Sweetguy,
I've been on Victoza for 18 months. I haven't suffered on real side effects apart from occasionally feeling over full and 1 stone weight loss! Unfortunately my HbA1c has steadily increased resulting in me starting ok insulin a couple of weeks ago

I've been on Victoria for about 2 years. Lost 4 stone, partly due to the drug. No side effects, no problems.

Been on Victoza (liraglutide) for about 3 months, no side effects but lost a bit of weight. Blood glucose between 6.5 and 8.3

I've been on it for nearly a fortnight now. Threw up quite badly two days in and have the runs today. Apart from that I've got a pretty persistant background sicky type feeling.
Really hope it subsides soon...
BG averaging between 7 and 8 though.
