I attend the gym 5 days a week and now I'm down to 13 stone and intend to lose another 2 stone. The Dr. is very pleased with my sugars and my weight loss, it has/is hard work, but worth every min of my activities. I have even dug my bike out of the shed and do my shopping, leaving the car at home. To finish, I feel great and pleased with myself, the only drawback is the cost of new clothes, but what the heck, it's worth it.
