I have decided to do a video diary when starting the byetta on weds . what do ya think ? i just thought it could be usefull to see the effects it has on a person and also see how well it works over the coming months.

I think this would be a good idea - I started on Byetta 3 days ago and up to this morning have had very few side affects - just a bad taste and this morning just feeling slightly sick today - that could be the Weetabix I had for b/fast.
Was feeling very nervous injecting myself for the first time; my DSN offered to come around to my home for the first injection but prefered to be on my own just in case it hurt and I cried. It didn't and I didn't cry.
I was slightly worried that I had not rec'd the full dose as you can't see any thing happening. My b/s came down on the first day and have stayed lower than BB so must be working.
Good luck and even if you decide not to do a video diary let us know how you get on - it's good to know what is happening to others in the same situation.

hey there well yeah i thought it would be good idea hehehe my nurse is going to help with my first injection on weds and have to take my breakfast with me but im sure she wont mind if i tryed to film it lol we will see if she says no it be ok i will start doing video diary from the second injection i do. I also think it is just my way of coping with all the change
