D Doreenann Member Messages 13 Apr 30, 2019 #1 Have just been prescribed 25mg Alogliptin to take alongside 2x500mg Metformin (reduced from 3 to 2 because of diarrhea problems. Has anyone had any issues with Alogliptin, although not listed I am getting constipation after taking this tablet.
