Hi All
i have just been diagnosed with Type 2. My first blood sugar level was 16.9. i have been to see the Diabetes nurse today and have been told to try and control by diet. I maybe was expecting more but i thought she may have given me some dietry advice on what to avoid etc but she said just avoid suger and come back in a month for another blood test. I thought i would have to check my levels daily but no. HELP :(
