You told me when i got my d levels normal i would feel better.My experience of being diagnosed was very similar - elevated liver levels (GP clearly didn't believe me when I said I don't drink), abdominal ultrasound with fatty liver and pancreas, low Vitamin D3 levels, hypertension and hypothyroid - GP said the symptoms/results tend to cluster. Vitamin D3 supplementation made the most dramatic change to my feeling of wellbeing and finally allowed me to exercise, stay awake and lose weight. I'd been trying to diet without success for months prior, but once starting Vitamin D3, the weight finally started to move.
I was tested for B12 but didn't have a deficiency, though I believe it can also make you feel dreadful. The fact that I was faithfully eating "healthy" oats every morning wasn't helping - I'd feel so tired after breakfast that I'd end up going back to bed for a couple of hours and I could barely walk to the end of my street. It took me longer to control my BG - the weight loss and feeling of wellbeing kicked in for me within a week of taking D3. I'm so glad I found out about the deficiency. I feel much better now but dont know if it was the B12 D or BG.
