Vitamin D

John Campbell's claims were thoroughly debunked in another recent thread.
Where? Can you point us to it?
I think he's actually reporting on somebody else's research / claims isn't he?
Not saying it's right or wrong, but there are plenty of folk advocating the benefits of Vitamin D.
Also plenty of folks who don't like it - who I suspect may have a much more expensive alternative to suggest.

Vitamin D (especially D3) and K (ditto K2) are essential to healthy life, and no one is disputing that. It is the claims for T2D and Covid that are suspect and not founded in secure science basis.
