Vitamin K 2

I posted on a thread now lost (by me anyway !) A out taking Vitamin K 2 along with magnesium to lower my calcium serum levels all I got was a decrease of 0.02 so I don't think that I will buy any more K2 but I will keep on with the Magnesium because I certainly have more energy when taking it Hey ho back to the drawing board My GP has tried to. find out what is causing the high serum calcium levels various tests have been done I am just a mystery !

If you are An Enigma, then on the bright side you may get the condition named after you. 'Carol syndrome'? Or 'cartyitis'?

My husband says that I have a condition called Carolitis So that when I have read the news paper it has been Carolised

too high vitamin D can also cause too high levels of calcium in ones blood , but maybe you already knows that... but nowadays where everyone is told to take more vitamin D , somtimes it is forgotten that too much can also be a bad thing...

I always warn people that are thinking of taking Vitamin D supplements to have their calcium serum levels checked first

Phew just read through the link and although I didn't understand a lot of the long words ! I don't seem to fall into any of the categories and I certainly don't eat shells I will see if I can have vitamin a checked when I talk to GP again
