I've struggled all the way through since starting in Feb to be honest. It's a small price to pay to get your life back I suppose but I'm sure there must be some means of regulating and my movements.what foods are you eating? are you having any veg, for example?
I've also been eating too much protein the last couple of days as Im campiing and have reduced access to some foods which hasn't helped matters.what foods are you eating? are you having any veg, for example?
Any advice would be a real help. Drinking plenty of water but need to go so bad. Really bloated and getting stomach ache due to infrequency of visits.

For me it was a couple of Senokot tabs then when they worked (as they did that is one tab at night over two days bye the way ) I continued with one or two sachets of Fybogel a day things been pretty consistent since then.
It should not be necessary for anyone to constantly to rely on meds unless you have a confirmed stomach problem.
Some meds can make your bowel and stomach lazy.... And cause more problems longterm....
Diet should be the first thing to be assessed..
Lactulose from the chemist is a useful aid. It is a non-absorbed sugar (O.K. for diabetics) which helps fermentation in the gut. This is not classed as a laxative, but as a stool softener. My proctologist claimed it could be used long term to ensure that you never had to strain!
I just had a little bit of minor constipation for a couple of weeks when I first started LCHF while i was getting used to this way of eating. Plenty of veggies - especially greens, nuts, seeds (e.g. flax), fats & oils, in addition to plenty of fluid are usually enough to keep me OK now.
The only time I may not be completely regular is if I do a bit of fasting, in which case it's a matter of not having so much waste to dispose of, so a bit longer between the times I need to go. But that's not quite the same issue, though it may be something to consider.
