I get bouts of acute stomach ache accompanied by severe diarrhoea.  I have suffered from loose stools for a few years and was diagnosed with suspected autonomic neuropathy.  However, as with UKApril the Doctor was not committed to this and I later found that he actually suggested it was a a mix or autonomic neuropathy and IBS.
