Type 1 Waiting For an Omnipod Rep

After a few years of waiting for a pump, I finally have one. An Omnipod 5 that will attach to my Libre 2+. BUT.....
I have had the pump for over two weeks but not had an invite to meet the Rep and have it setup. So I can't use it.

Anyone else in this boat? Anyone know the lead times for the Reps? Anyone know what the KPI's are for Omnipod?
All seems a bit of a mess to me, and worth taking further.

If it's any consolation I got my tandem pump in December but didn't get the appointment to set it up till late March (in New Zealand though).
 
Welcome to the forum @KenType1 I had a similar experience with my first pump - not Omnipod, and I think it's quite common. Different areas will have different numbers of patients waiting to start pumps, so lead times will vary and constantly be changing. Have you asked the hospital clinic your start date?

I was just very thankful to have finally got a pump, and knew I would be starting on it fairly soon, compared to many others who couldn't get one.
