Hi, sorry if im being dumb, ive read lots of folks say that waitrose is selling bread at 3.5g carb a slice well i went in there today they had lots of loaves called love life or something like that but the lowest was 11g am i looking in the wrong place? thankyou

Hi Andy!

Just bought some more today to stockpile it in fact,it''s called Livlife seriously seeded and it is 3.8 grams per slice,I keep it frozen and grab a couple of slices maybe twice a week,it's kind on my levels and double fried egg on toast with a dash of HP sauce is back on the menu every now and then-even had my first bacon buttie in ages last week...I think you may have read the 'Per 100g's' carb value instead of per slice.

Thankyou, a friend sent me a pic (thankyou x) i think idid see it :)

Andy, it's a small loaf called LivLife and is not a Waitrose own brand. Details can be found here --> http://www.livlifefoods.co.uk/

I have to say I like it and have it in the freezer so it's available for lunches when I feel like a sandwich.

Love Life is a Waitrose brand name so you were probably looking at the wrong thing. Mind you not all Waitrose's seem to stock it. Only one of my two local Waitrose branches had it in stock this morning.
