Waking up in night

Last night i awoke at 1am and just knew I had to test my levels....it was 3.4 I have never had to dot his before and am wondering does this happen to many people, I ate three chocoalter biscuits to bring it back up and had a coffee this am got up and it was10.9 .......... shakes head:cool:
 
I know the feeling. Im kinda used to wake up n check... Just to feel safe. And sometimes do have hypos too. Nothing to worry about if its not happening too often.

as you take insulin it is fair to say that at some point you will experience a hypo in the night hours.
fortunately your symptoms awoke you and you sorted it ! :)
so nothing to worry about unless it starts happening too regularly.
 
slept through last night so all was good..... scary though thinking about it .. thankyou for answering :)
