But I decided to pretty much cut activity to as close to nothing as possible. Since I won't be able to start swimming till I get my C19 passport, in a few weeks, I thought it'd be a good opportunity to test the diet without a ton of exercise acting as a confounding variable.</p><p></p><p>So for the next few weeks I'll only be logging the steps that are counted for necessary walking around the house, the odd shopping trip and any important errands that need to be 'run'. The only other activity I'll be adding is some very light yoga, for maintenance and to hopefully get rid of issues with a trapped-nerve that I've had since the end of last year.</p><p></p><p>But as soon as I'm allowed to enter the gym, in February, it's 'gloves-off'. I promised myself that on the year I turn 50, i want to become the fittest I've ever been.
