Also, do check that this has been written on your medical notes as an i tolerance and allergy with your GP as this (if you moved or saw a different GP) should be logged as an official allergy.</p><p></p><p>I am currently pursuing my hospital and GP to have clearly marked data on my records that I have intolerance to bread, pasta etc as well as aspartame because in hospital recently I had to tell them of my intolerances..
