Stress is often a huge factor. I think that every period of major stress in my life has had a twofold effect - firstly I haven't taken as much care over diet, and secondly my body has handled the carbs worse. It has been like going down a staircase made of stress-steps.
So this is just a wee reminder to take care of yourselves, chill, eat well and
don't beat yourselves up!
We rarely have the opportunity to control the stresses hitting us, so when we can, we should enjoy ourselves and relax (in a totally lowish carb non food rewarding kinda way
)
