That is something I have thought about recently, how will an off day affect me.
Yesterday I ate 7 wine gums, and they were delicious, but thats the 1st sweet I have had since March this year. I have a box of them and I swear I could have eaten the entire box, I just wanted to stuff all of them into my mouth.
Tonight I could eat an 84 inch pizza, with chips, coleslaw, garlic bread, chicken wings, breaded mushrooms, stuffed jalapeno peppers etc etc etc, I wont obviously, but I could.
So what do we do, if we do have an off day, how far can you go, and will it really cause such an awful effect long term? I would have thought, continued high sugars would cause the damage, but if you have high sugars for 1 day, say in a month, is that really all bad?
