hi all, new to forum and hoping someone can help. I have the Medtronic veo pump which I have been on the the past 2 years. Best decision ever! Hba1c has risen from 5.4 to 6.1, but on mdi, I spent about 65% of my time in hypo, whereS not had a nighttime hypo requiring assistance since I went on the pump.
I am very active and my challenge this year, is the Mighty Deerstalker night race. And I will need a waterproof case for my pump. Called Medtronic and they won't recommend anything that they don't sell and they do not have a fully waterproof case, which will protect my pump if it is submerged in water. Had a look at Aquapak, and the reviews appear to be quite mixed on that, some say it isn't completely waterproof and others saying that it restricted the flow of the insulin.

Any help or advice would be very appreciated. My other option is to switch to mdi for the weekend it is on, but I really want that to be a last option.
