Wavesense Jazz Vs Trueresult Meter

Hi, our surgery have decided that its time to change our meters from Trueresult to Wavesense Jazz. I have picked up my new Jazz meter and as a comparison took a reading on old and new meters as comparison.

I was surprised to see that the Jazz registered 11.4 and the trueresult registered 9.5 !!

Both meters show as in range according to the control solution tests

Could the new meter be faulty or was the old one off ? Any ideas as what I should do ?

If I were you I would explain to your surgery and ask to be tested using another meter to see which of your meters is correct.
