Way out readings

How come this mornings bs was 7.8 which I thought quite high, so did another straight away with the same finger and it was 7.2. It can't have gone down that quickly! This is not the first time. The other day, I had a reading of 9, did it again and went to 6.4. I want accurate readings, while realise they can differ a little, that's way out!

It's a brand new trueyou. Is it possible to reset the monitor? Any answers/ideas?

Very rarely do you get the same reading twice when double checking, its the same for all meters.

That would mean my averages are all wrong. Am I concerned unnecessarily?
