Hi my husband and I have had type 2 for 3 years and i'm on metformin tablet and he is on metformin liquid. We both suffer with
diverticular disease and cannot eat any nuts or seeds and fruit/veg is also a big problem. I'm finding it very difficult to find food that we can both eat to keep our sugars low. Any help would be much appreciated.
